Orders & Shipping

How do I place an order, and what are the delivery times?
Select your items, add them to your cart, and complete the payment. You will receive a confirmation email after purchase.

Delivery times:

  • In-stock products: Preparation within 48h, then shipping: 48h in France, 3 to 4 days in Europe, 4 to 15 days internationally.
  • Preorder products: Shipped as soon as available (estimated date on the product page).

What are the shipping costs, and do you ship internationally?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We ship internationally, but custom fees may apply for non-EU orders. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

How can I track my order, and what if it’s delayed or not received?
A tracking link is sent via email once your order ships.

If your package is delayed, check the tracking status and contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels after shipping.

Can I modify or cancel my order after purchase?

  • Modifications are only possible before shipping. Contact us as soon as possible.
  • Once the order has been shipped, no modifications or cancellations are possible.

Preorders

How do preorders work, and what are the delivery times?
Preorders allow you to reserve an item before it becomes available. The estimated shipping date is displayed on the product page.

Do I have to pay immediately for a preorder, and can I cancel or modify it?

  • Payment is charged immediately to secure your reservation.
  • Preorders cannot be canceled or modified after confirmation.

What happens if a preorder is delayed or unavailable?

  • You will receive an email notification if there’s a delay.
  • If the item becomes unavailable, you will receive a full refund.

Can I order in-stock and preorder items together?
Yes, but the entire order will be shipped once all items are available.

Some items may be restocked, while others are limited edition.

What materials are used, and are your products eco-friendly?
Our products are made with high-quality materials, and we are committed to reducing our environmental impact.

We accept credit cards and PayPal.

Installment payments may be available depending on your country and payment method.

Yes, all transactions are secured with advanced encryption.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return and refund policy?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return an item in perfect condition, unworn, with original packaging and tags.

We do not offer size exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order for the correct size.

How do I return an item, and when will I be refunded?

  • Email us at camellobyjamal@gmail.com with your order number.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in case of an error on our part.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after receiving and verifying the return.
